How to cook Chorizo by Deliss

🇪🇸 Chorizo is a pork sausage that originated in Spain. It is full of flavor and it has a bright, reddish hue and a fragrant, spicy aroma that comes from Spanish paprika. 

Chorizo needs to be cooked before eating, that's why Deliss has created a recipe for you so that you know how to cook it properly. 

Our beautiful semi-cured chorizos will bring life to any of your pasta or rice dishes. It will also make a flavourful topping for breakfast while pairing well with potatoes and eggs! Not to mention it'll be fabulous as a pizza topping.

 

RECIPE :

 

Step 1

Slice links of fresh chorizo.

 

Step 2

 Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

 

Step 3

 Add the chorizo slices and cook until they begin to turn a deep brown on one side. It takes between 3 to 5 minutes.

 

Step 4

Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the chorizo is deeply browned all over. It takes about 5 more minutes.

 

Step 5

Add the chorizo to your dish.
