This all 100% QLD pork salame is cut medium to fine, with chunky pieces of Prosciutto as well as Pistachio Nuts mixed throughout. It also contains cracked black pepper and a selection of mild spices. The mixture is filled into a zig-zag cotton casing to mature for a minimum of 6 weeks. It is then sliced and packaged in a convenient 100g modified atmosphere pack.
