Deliss has since grown and offer a mix of locally made artisan French food and charcuterie (Saucisson sec...), high quality imported French food (Cheese, Pates, Rillettes, Foie gras...) as well as a Spanish range of smallgoods (Chorizo...) to all food lovers.

Our saucissons are made with 100% Queensland Free Range Pork from the Darling Downs and we are very proud to be the only one in Australia to offer real certified Free Range pork Saucisson Sec.
