REFUND & RETURNS

REFUND & RETURNS:

We cannot exchange for change of mind or accept goods to be returned due to the perishable nature of our range of products, so please order carefully.

You may amend your order though before your order is being shipped or delivered. (see below AMENDING/CANCELLING YOUR ORDER)

All orders are shipped with an Authorisation To Leave (ATL) your parcel in a safe place.

Orders are either delivered by ourselves (Brisbane Metro) or shipped using insulated packaging and ice packs that will protect your order during transit time. Depending on your location, most orders will be received within 24 to 72h of dispatch.

When receiving your package, it is not uncommon to find that the ice pack have melted and the box temperature is higher than your fridge temperature. Cheese, saucisson may be smelly, Pates and Rillettes fat might have melt, it is fine they are able to withstand higher temperature for a period of time.

Please place your products in the fridge as soon as possible to stop the ripening process and open the cryovac bags for your saucisson.

Goods Damaged on Delivery

We will replace, refund any products that have reached you in an unacceptable condition. Please contact us immediately and supply detailed photos of the issue.

However, we cannot be held responsible if you are not present when your order is delivered, please ensure you get your order shipped were it can be signed for during business hours.

Please note that if nobody is available to sign for delivery and the parcel can not be left in a secure place, a card, an email or a text message will be left allowing you to call our courier or Australia post to arrange another delivery time or pickup from a local depot/post office.

Disclaimer

We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products.

AMENDING/CANCELLING YOUR ORDER:

We can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped, once your order has left our warehouse we can no longer cancel and refund your order.

So let our customer service know as soon as possible if you wish to amend/cancel your order via our contact form.
