FREE DELIVERY to BRISBANE (Minimum order $40)

 

GOLD COAST: $8 (Please check as well our local resellers)

 

Rest of Australia: $15

 

 

BRISBANE METRO: (Tuesdays & Fridays)

 

Handling and delivery Fee: FREE (minimum order $40)

 

If your premise will be unattended during business hours, a work address for delivery may be more suitable.

 

Would you rather have your order delivered to your place anyway, please leave an Esky with some ice pack as some of our products need to be kept under 25 degrees Celsius.

 

To keep as low as possible our handling and delivery cost, your order will be packed in the same way as if you would come to see us at the markets (Paper bags and environmentally friendly plastic bags)

It is your responsibility to check the quantity, quality and description of the products delivered against the details on the delivery slip. If there is any difference in quantity, quality or description of the products delivered, you must notify us at admin@deliss.com.au within 48 hours from the time of delivery or collection by you (whichever is the later). If notice is not given within 48 hours, the Products actually delivered shall be deemed to be in accordance with the delivery slip and you shall not be entitled to make any claim or take any action in relation to any alleged deficiency or irregularity in the Products after that time.

 

Goods Damaged on Delivery

 

We will replace any order that has reached you in an unacceptable condition. However, we cannot be held responsible if you are not present when your order is delivered, please ensure you get your order shipped were it can be signed for during business hours. Please note that if nobody is available to sign for delivery a card will be left allowing you to call our courier and arrange another delivery time or pickup from a local post office.
