The Isigny terroir, in France, has the advantage of a mild, damp climate near the sea. The cows which graze there feed on grass rich in iodine, beta carotene and trace elements. The quality of Isigny butter reflects all these natural advantages. Its yellow like buttercups, has a faint taste of hazelnuts, and is rich in vitamin A.

Isigny butter is very versatile, enjoy as is with a nice baguette, take your saucisson sandwich to new heights or use Isigny butter for a beautiful sauce or pastries and cake making.
