French Sourdough Baguette at home whenever you feel like filling up your home with that awesome boulangerie smell!
This French sourdough baguette has strength and character due to the mix of buckwheat and rye flour in its dough. The sourdough dough gives a mildly sour taste not present in most breads. It has an aroma of warm hay Malted wheat and a taste of roasted coffee.
This Sourdough baguette was created by Frederic Lalos, best Craftsman in France for Bakery.
Baking instructions:
- Preheat Oven to 190 degrees
- Bake from frozen for 10 minutes at 190 degrees.
Every oven is different so please watch your yummy baguettes when you bake them for the first time and adjust your baking time and temperature accordingly!
Please freeze them on reception of delivery until you want to bake them!

i ordered the 3 classic saucissons, some Conté and 2 baguettes and it was absolutely like being back home! Just writing about it makes me want to make another saucisson cheese sandwich!
I also think it is pretty reasonably priced - $33 for 3 great saucissons, that's $11 for one. That's pretty good (the fact that I ate it in one day is another story!).
So in short, I recommend and will order again very soon!

this is the flavour I remember. This bread takes me back to rural France and great lunches at some small wineries wondering if we will be able to move after lunch. We got smart after a few large lunches and made sure we were close to where we were staying that night.

The baguettes are par-baked which makes it easy to warm quickly when you have no bread in the house.
They actually taste really good. People comment on how crunchy they come out. I reckon restaurants use them as well.

These little baguettes are delicious and quick and easy to prepare. Take from freezer and place in a 190 C oven for 10 minutes. They are probably about two thirds the size of a supermarket baguette, enough for a few slices for four people of a large helping for two.
Delicious and crusty like you would expect a baguette to be. 😋😋😋
