this pate is not only delicious but has that texture like so much in French Pate. Most here are very finely minced and are more like a paste than a pate but this is the real McCoy !!!!!!
I would love to tell you what the Duck & Cognac Pate tasted like but my girlfriend ate it all in a flash! By all accounts her french palette thought it was one of the best pate's she has ever tasted... I guess I'll take her word for it!
