Our Saucissons are made with certified Queensland Free Range Pork!
Our Hot Saucisson sec is inspired from the Basque county saucisson with espelette chili.
Even though we don't use that specific chili, the result is very close with a very aromatic medium heat ( NOT burning HOT) that will enhance any drink or cheese you will choose to pair with it.
If you are used to eat a little spicy this is definitely for you.
Our Saucisson Sec are the only saucisson in Australia that does taste like a French Saucisson Sec.
