What is Black Pepper Crusted Pork Fillet?
Our black pepper crusted pork fillet is very lean and intensely flavourful. The fillets are generously coated in cracked black pepper, then slowly air dried for a rich and aromatic depth of flavour that sets it apart from any other cured meat on a board.
It will bring a wow factor to any cheese or charcuterie board and will be a winner at your next Raclette dinner!
We also have it in a traditional mild flavour for those who prefer something with a little less heat.
How to Enjoy
- Slice thinly and serve on a charcuterie board with cornichons, Dijon mustard, and crusty bread
