This dried pork fillet was a stunning platter-companion to a soft Reblechon style cheese and Sobrasado and nice crackers. My son very quickly found the Deliss Artisan web page to make his own order. The wine was a Hunter Valley Pinot Noir from 1987. Merry Christmas indeed. Thank you!
