Our Provence Saucisson Sec is made with a traditional Herbes de Provence blend. Thyme, Rosemary, Basil, Oregano and Summer Savoury give this Saucisson its unique character and a distinctly Southern French personality.
One bite and it will bring back memories of the South of France in an instant! Bold and aromatic, our Herbes de Provence Saucisson Sec is absolutely fantastic paired with any goat cheese, a classic Provencal combination.
What makes this Saucisson different?
While our traditional Saucisson Sec follows a pure Ardèche family recipe, this Provence version is all about the fragrant herb crust. It is a more aromatic, herbaceous experience, perfect for those who love the flavours of the French countryside.

For years I have never been disappointed with the saucissons and the delivery. The saucissons taste like in France and even better. Living in Toowoomba, the delivery is fast and the order is well packed in a polystyrene box with ice block to keep the products in a good condition. Thank you Deliss Artisan, Philippe and his team for the high quality products and customer service. Highly recommended if you're looking for authentic French Charcuterie and cheese. Will definitely order again!

Having lived the first 30 years in my life I am obviously biased about French Saucisson, compared to, say, Italian ones. However I think Deliss saucissons are the best on the market in Australia. Try for yourself

We only learnt about Saucisson on our recent trip to Paris and couldn’t find it in Melbourne so this delicious three pack hit the spot! We bought two packs of three and demolished the first pack in one sitting! Outstanding quality and we do highly recommend it!

It has been a long time since I had slices of saucisson on my plate. I enjoy aged meats, and have a weakness for salami but I have always enjoyed the French product as well as the Italian. This saucisson did not disappoint. The traditional herbs were well balanced and the meat had just the right coarseness. I will be back for more of this wonderful sausage soon. Now all I need to find is a true Toulouse.
