Smoked Duck Pâté: the one that stops the conversation
Smoky, satisfying and deeply flavourful. One slice and everyone at the table wants to know what it is.
Magret de Canard Fumé, smoked duck breast, is added into a traditional country style pork pâté the way French artisans have always made it. It tastes like something you would find at a small village market in the southwest of France. Honest, rustic and full of flavour. The kind of pâté that makes people stop mid conversation because it is simply that good.
How to enjoy Smoked Duck Pâté?
Spread on slightly toasted sourdough or a good baguette and let it speak for itself. The smoky notes pair beautifully with a touch of fig jam or a smear of wholegrain mustard. On a cheese and charcuterie platter, it cuts through aged hard cheeses and holds its own next to a glass of Pinot Noir or a light Gamay.
