Characterized as the mildest of blue cheese, Fourme d’Ambert is also one of the oldest cheeses in the country. Made from cow's milk, the production of this creamy, supple cheese dates from the Roman occupation of France 2,000 years ago. The smooth and balanced flavours have a perfect distinct note of butter and cream that enhances the spicy blue mold.

Your products are excelent however the last delivery was late which is Ok but the parcel was left after 530Pm I was there but nobody knocked at the door, it was the hottest day on record 42o, and I found the parcel at 830Pm when I went to put the garbage out, all ice blocks were liquid, the cheese was still good. the other point is that your weights supposed to be between 180 and 250, 2 of the cheese were 195Gr. I still will order from you but I think the above points should be adressed. Kind regards Georges

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. Regarding cheese weight, you might have misread but the cheese range is 180g-220g not 180g-250g. Our cheeses are hand-cut, so weights naturally vary within the 180-220g range, and your pieces were all within that, with one of the cheese even being over (Ossau Iraty 228g).
I’m sorry for the delivery delay and that the driver didn’t knock.
I’ll raise this with our courier but please follow the delivery of your order via the tracking number supplied to avoid delivery issues. I’m glad the cheeses arrived in good condition despite the heat, which shows the strength of our packaging.
