This French sourdough baguette has strength and character due to the mix of buckwheat and rye flour in its dough. The sourdough dough gives a mildly sour taste not present in most breads. It has an aroma of warm hay Malted wheat and a taste of roasted coffee.
This Sourdough baguette was created by Frederic Lalos, best Craftsman in France for Bakery.
Baking instructions: - Preheat Oven to 190 degrees - Bake from frozen for 10 minutes at 190 degrees.
Every oven is different so please watch your yummy baguettes when you bake them for the first time and adjust your baking time and temperature accordingly!
Please freeze them on reception of delivery until you want to bake them!
