The Buche de Chèvre was outstanding. It has quite a firm rind with a creamy, almost liquid layer beneath and firmer centre. We bought for a dinner party but made the fatal error of trying it a couple of days beforehand and polished off the whole lot! Highly recommended.

Vos fromages sont délicieux, mais je reste un peu déçue sur l’expédition…. lenteur de delivery et soins apportés…. sûrement à attribuer à la distance ou vs êtes et le quartier ou j’habite!!! Sorry, je ne pense pas que je recommencerai l’expérience. Simone C’est dommage que l’on ne puisse pas aller jusqu’à vous afin de choisir sur place les fromages
Merci Simone but you requested a service (refrigerated courier) that we don't offer as a shipping option for many reasons including that it takes longer to get to destination and they are somehow not very reliable and careful. Hence us preferring to offer fast delivery with high quality insulated packaging and ice packs. From more than 10 years of experience it does work better than refrigerated courier unfortunately. Anyway, we told you ahead of the possible delay and when you would get your cheese order, kept you posted every time something was happening with it. So, I am very sorry our service wasn't up to your standard, glad you enjoyed our cheese though, merci!

It was disappointing. It wasn't particularly fresh and lacked the elegant lightness of a good fresh chèvre. I wouldn't buy it again. The Comté, on the other hand, was very good.
