Delice du Jura
Delice du Jura is a French creamy cheese, made with cow’s milk. Delice du Jura gets runnier as it ages, oozing with delicate fruity notes and a nutty aftertaste that’s very pleasing to the most palate!
How do you eat Delice du Jura?
Serving suggestion: Delice du Jura pairs well with crackers and dried fruits.
However, it is best baked with potatoes and smoked bacon in a traditional French recipe: La Tartiflette!

So good !
Very good same as my French country !
I am french and I'm used to eat melted reblochon in stove meal like "crosiflette". This cheese I ordered here is tasteless and is nothing like a reblochon, sorry to say that. Maybe you need to change the manufacturing process. Thank you for trying anyway.
I love it, it is my little evening feast spread on your lovely sourdough baguette. Thank you
This is a very fine example of a artisinal reblochon. Will get again, soon.
