Excellent quality food and service
We only learnt about Saucisson on our recent trip to Paris and couldn’t find it in Melbourne so this delicious three pack hit the spot! We bought two packs of three and demolished the first pack in one sitting! Outstanding quality and we do highly recommend it!
It has been a long time since I had slices of saucisson on my plate. I enjoy aged meats, and have a weakness for salami but I have always enjoyed the French product as well as the Italian. This saucisson did not disappoint. The traditional herbs were well balanced and the meat had just the right coarseness. I will be back for more of this wonderful sausage soon. Now all I need to find is a true Toulouse.
