Mothais sur Feuille an unique French goat cheese.
Mothais sur Feuille cheese is named after the town of Mothe-Saint-Héray, where it has been made since the mid-nineteenth century. With a soft, runny texture that becomes dense as it ages, Mothais sur Feuille goat cheese offers a unique combination of earthy, lemony and mold flavours of the leaf that become intense as the cheese matures.

I brought this to shared wine and cheese with my girl friends at our last games gathering.
Each person in turn expressed ecstasy on trying it - making us laugh at how at our mature age the thing that made us collectively swoon was a luscious goat cheese!
Merci Elizabeth. Love that the Mothais sur Feuille Poitou Chèvre caused such delight at your games night. Thanks for sharing that with us. Philippe
Beautiful cheese. Shipping was quick, and cheeses very well packed/insulated.
Mothais sur Feuille Poitou Chèvre 200g
Eating this cheese (must be out of the fridge for at least an hour before eating) is a beautiful experience - it was like being in France. No more to be said as I need to order more straight away before my friends buy it all!
