What is semi-cured Chorizo?
Semi-cured Chorizo is partially dried and cured, giving it a softer texture than fully cured chorizo. It must be cooked before eating, which makes it ideal for frying, grilling, or adding to hot dishes.
How do you cook semi-cured Chorizo?
Simply slice and pan-fry, grill, or add directly to your dish. It works beautifully in paella, pasta, rice dishes, soups, scrambled eggs, and omelettes.
