What makes Hot Chorizo different from Mild?
Hot semi-cured Chorizo uses a higher proportion of chilli and spiced paprika compared to mild, giving it a distinctly fiery kick. The texture and cooking method are the same, but the flavour is bolder and more intense — perfect for those who like their food with a bit of attitude.
How do you cook Hot Chorizo?
Slice and pan-fry until caramelised, grill on the BBQ, or throw straight into your favourite dish. Hot Chorizo is exceptional in a spicy paella, shakshuka, pasta arrabbiata, or simply fried with eggs for a punchy weekend breakfast.
