Fromage de Meaux (Brie) is a pasteurised version(so it can be imported in Australia) of the classic raw milk Brie de Meaux. It is creamy with a slightly nutty taste, this cheese is a delicious go-to for creaminess and a mellow earthy flavour.
Named after the French town of Meaux, near Paris, where it is matured and carefully crafted, this French Brie has been around for centuries.
