Le Saint Just, a pasteurised Saint Felicien!
Le Saint Just is a double cream cow's milk cheese that originated from the Dauphiné region in South East of France.
Very close from its cousins St Felicien and St Marcellin cheese, it has a natural yellow bloomy rind and a soft paste.
St Just is deliciously creamy with a mushroomy, nutty flavour and best enjoyed with a chilled bottle of Sancerre or a light, fruity red.
