Mothais sur Feuille is named after the town of Mothe-Saint-Héray, where it has been made since the mid-nineteenth century. With a soft, runny texture that becomes dense as it ages, Mothais sur Feuille offers a unique combination of earthy, lemony and mold flavours of the leaf that become intense as the cheese matures.
