Munster AOP 200g

Munster cheese is made from cow's milk, mainly in the Lorraine and Alsace region of France. With a slightly salty flavour, it is a supple, melting cheese with a fairly pronounced taste. Munster is considered to be a strong cheese, which is true for its smell but less for its taste.

Wine Pairing: This cheese goes well with a Pinot, or a Gewurtztraminer (Wine from Alsace)
