The taste was very good. Only reason I didn’t give it a higher score was because the fat that usually sits on the top of the pot seemed to have melted and mixed in with the meaty part of the rillettes - which sadly makes for a more greasy texture in the mouth.

I have been in Australia for a long time. i tried saucisson from all over the place ( Melbourne , Adelaide , Sydney ) but this is by far the most authentic saucisson i have ever tasted ! thank you so much !

Not the usual flavour for Rillettes. Some spices gave a strange flavour I did not like.

Although all Deliss Artisan rillettes are excellent, the pork rillettes are the best, smooth, creamy, just don’t forget the cornichons and a glass of good red wine.
To perfect all the above, Deliss Artisan services and deliveries are the best. Order Monday, eat it Wednesday evening.
