Truffle Brie Rouzaire an exceptional cheese!
The Brie Fermier is first matured for a couple of weeks in underground cellars before being sliced in half horizontally.It is then delicately coated with a blend of black Perigord truffle slices, creme fraiche and mascarpone, put back together and matured for another two weeks.
The result is a decadent, soft, creamy cheese with an intense, lasting black Perigord truffles flavour.
It pairs beautifully with Champagne!
