To get a rich and varied cheese plate, don't hesitate to mix the textures by selecting one or two cheeses from each category. To make. the perfect cheese board you should select at least three varieties of cheese:

Washed Rind Cheese
White Mould Cheese
Blue Cheese

Cheese isn't the only thing you can taste on your cheeseboard, you also want a variety of accompaniments such as grapes, dried fruits, bread or nuts to enhance the taste of the cheeses and add colour to your board.
Make sure you don't forget your knives and space out the different cheeses as much as possible to make cutting easier!
