Serving suggestion: Berry's Creek Riverine Blue cheese has a light green veining colour, that will compliment any cheese platter. Many experimenting with blue cheese start with buttered baguette and blue cheese spread thinly on the top. This tones down the strong taste.

the parmesan was great i used it in carbonara

Good flavour and texture, to me it was similar to Roquefort (without Roquefort for a side by side comparison). Unfortunately, after swallowing and breathing out, it gave a faint smell somewhere between a bloody nose and slightly off vegetation. It also rotted the wrapping paper. I'll stick with Roquefort .
