L'Artisan Cheese was founded by French Cheesemaker Matthieu Megard. His company make unique and handmade organic cheeses in Victoria.
L'Artisan Mountain Man Organic, made from a traditional French recipe, is an Australian Reblochon-style washed rind with a slight pungency, yet round and complex meaty flavour.
Made out of Organic pasteurised milk, it is surprisingly complex in taste and soft in texture.
This smooth cheese has been made in true Roblochon style. A must-have on any cheese platter and a great choice for a delicious Tartiflette!

Fast postage, the cheese stayed cool from QLD to TAS.
We got Mountain Man to make tartiflette, it was perfect. Not too strong, but had a good depth of flavour. A good replacement for roblochon ♥️
