Lescure Butter PDO is slowly cultured to produce a smooth and creamy texture.
It has hints of hazelnut and a delicate grassy flavour.
Lescure butter is very versatile, enjoy as is with a nice baguette, take your saucisson sandwich to new heights or use Lescure butter for a beautiful sauce or pastries and cake making.
