A fresh baguette or toasted sourdough is all it needs. The coarse texture and savoury flavour shine on warm bread.
Add a little crunch and acidity
A cornichon and a smear of French Dijon mustard cut through the richness perfectly.
Perfect for a cheese and charcuterie board
Its rustic character holds its own next to aged cheeses and saucisson. A natural centrepiece for casual entertaining.
Pour a glass of red
A Côtes du Rhône or a light Pinot Noir is ideal. Something fresh enough to lift the richness.
