How to enjoy the Duo?

Serve at the right temperature
Let both jars come to room temperature so the fat softens and the flavours open fully.

Spread generously
Enjoy on toasted sourdough or a fresh baguette. Add cornichons and a smear of Dijon mustard.

Taste them side by side
Each jar has its own personality. The classic is pure and comforting, the smoked one adds a warm, lingering smokiness.
