Baking instructions:
- Preheat Oven to 170 degrees
- Bake from frozen for 15 to 20 minutes at 170 degrees.
Every oven is different so please watch your yummy pastry when you bake them for the first time and adjust your baking time and temperature accordingly!
Please freeze them on reception of delivery until you want to bake them!

Very easy to prepare following the instructions. Delicious pastries especially the croissants and pain au chocolat. Added bonus of the smell of baking adding to the morning ambience!

Absolutely delicious pastries, the house smelt like a French bakery and the pastries lived up to the expectations, again DELICIOUS !
Good mix of French pastries. Pastries not as flaky and buttery as made by a French baker but a bit better than pastry made by an industrial bakery.
Thanks Ljubco. We have never claimed they were as good as pastries from The Whisk in Upper Mount Gravatt, Crust and Co in Wilston, Chouquettes or Le Caprice in Bulimba. I think you're missing the point of those pastries. It is all about the convenience of having great pastries ready to bake at home, better than 99% of the bakery in Brisbane, without having to go across town to find better ones.
Great way to enjoy freshly baked pastries at home, without the fuss of rolling out the dough. Very delicious! And great home delivery service too.

It's really good pastry and the instruction was easy&simple to read&bake. Every pastry is made of real ingredients I can feel, the boss really take care of every single pastry and put a lot of effort time to make&keep it good.
