Le Sangle is a pasteurised version of Vacherin Mont D'Or but has definitely not lost its appeal and character in the process.
A soft cheese that can be enjoyed in many ways.
Baked with a dash of white wine, it’s a delight to your senses in every single mouthful. Fatty, creamy, buttery simply irresistible!
On a platter at room temperature, melted on a slice of country bread it will delight the taste buds!
If you let it ripen, you can also eat Le Sangle cheese straight out of the pot, no need to bake it. Just dip some fresh baguette in it and scoop it up.
Careful though, you may end up going all in with a spoon!
