Traditionally made in Switzerland, Etivaz AOP is a hard cheese made from raw, non-transported cow's milk in the mountain pastures between May 10th and October 10th. Its aromatic, fruity taste and its sensational rich texture make Etivaz a cheese you absolutely must have on your cheese plate!
