The smooth creamy texture of this cheese was fantastic. The flavour, whilst strong was fabulous, especially in smaller amounts and when spread on a wafer biscuit to mix the blue into the smooth creamy texture.

Love this cheese. Great smell great flavour. So good to get such good quality cheese in Australia.
