Made from a traditional French recipe, this Australian triple-cream cheese has a mild creamy taste that is truly extravagant.

With a fluffy white mould, l'Artisan Extravagant Organic develops a soft bite and softening texture at maturity that reflects the softer side of the local climate and the generosity of the Western Victoria pasture.

As it ages further l'Extravagant becomes more complex, taking on earthier and saltier notes.
