L'Artisan Extravagant (Organic)
Made from a traditional French recipe, this Australian triple-cream cheese has a mild, creamy taste that is truly extravagant. With a fluffy white mould, L'Artisan Extravagant Organic develops a soft bite and softening texture at maturity, reflecting the softer side of the local climate and the generosity of Western Victoria pasture. As it ages further, it becomes more complex, taking on earthier and saltier notes.
