Named after the legendary French gastronome Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin, this triple-cream cheese from Burgundy is the ultimate indulgence. Lusciously rich and buttery, with a soft bloomy rind and a melt-in-the-mouth interior that is pure decadence in every bite..
Creme fraiche is added in the fabrication process which gives it an intense creamy and buttery flavour.
