I really like having something pretty similar to saucisson in France. However to my personal taste, I would prefer them a bit dryer and more flavourful. Will definitely order again though
Bonjour Romain, thank you for your review of our SAUCISSONS! Happy it felt close to home and noted your preference for a drier cure. They are usually quite dry when released but if you prefer dryer just keep them a week of two in a paper bag in your fridge and they'll dry more.
