Our Pastis Saucisson Sec has a beautiful and delicate aftertaste of fennel, licorice and aniseed. Made from a unique family recipe taking its inspiration from the flavours of Provence, it is infused with pastis for a truly distinctive character.
Actually better paired with a nice red wine than a glass of Pastis, this is a saucisson that will surprise and delight even the most seasoned charcuterie lover.
What makes Pastis Saucisson unique?
While our traditional Saucisson Sec follows a pure traditional Ardèche family recipe and our Herbes de Provence version is all about the fragrant herb flavour, the Pastis variant stands apart with its unmistakable fennel, aniseed and liquorice warmth. It is the most distinctly Southern French of our three saucissons, evoking the spirit of a lazy summer afternoon in Marseille.
