This artisanal goat’s milk cheese named Tomme de Chevre Cabrera is made in the Midi-Pyrénées region of France. Tomme de Chevre has a unique texture and taste that casts out a strong goaty smell with flavours reminiscent of fruits as well as hazelnut.
Tomme de Chevre melt very well and is great complimentary option along Raclette Cheese for a Raclette dinner.

Tasted like chèvre I used to eat as as a young age. Would prefer it drier but it's my taste, no reflection on the cheese
