Comté AOP 36 months cheese an iconic French cheese.
Comte AOP 36 Months is a traditional cheese that has been made from raw milk in the Jura Massif region of France for more than 1000 years. It has a unique satiny, ivory-coloured body and a wonderful taste all its own.
Comté AOP 36 months, a very different Comté!
Aged for around 36 months, Comte develops crispy crystals called, Tyrosine and its flavour is much stronger than an 18- or 24-months cheese. With a particular taste, this cheese may not please every palate but is a delight for cheese connoisseur.

Bonjour Ophelie,
Thanks for your review! We're glad you enjoyed our Comté AOP 36 Months. Enjoy your delicious cheese!
Delicious, great flavour. This wonderful Comte is as you would expect, typically slightly crumbly compared to younger Comte's. Highly Recommended.
Have been getting deliveries for quite some time. Great products & professional service. Highly recommended
Great quality cheese and rillettes will definitely order again!
This is the finest Comte that I have tasted here or in France. Lovely taste, texture and colour!
