Delicious Mulard Duck Confit Legs from Les Milles Sources.
Duck Confit is a classic dish from South-West of France.You will find duck confit on menus all over France and of course in the traditional Cassoulet from Castelnaudary. Made with Mulard Duck used in foie gras production, the flavour of Duck Confit from France is very unique and can not be imitated else where.
Preheat oven to 150C.
Put the Duck Confit Legs in an oven bake dish after getting rid of the excess duck fat with a fork.
Bake for 10 minutes then put on grill for 5 minutes.
Please don't discard the duck fat, use it to bake some potatoes.Enjoy with a green salad and duck fat potatoes or make your own Cassoulet!
