Mont d'or cheese is called the holy grail of French raw milk cheese for a reason.

L'Edel de Cleron is an Organic pasteurised version of Vacherin Mont D'Or but has definitely not lost its appeal and character in the process.
If you let it ripen, you can also eat L'Edel de Cleron cheese straight out of the pot, no need to bake it. Dip some fresh baguette in it and scoop it up.
Careful though, you may end up going all in with a spoon!
