The product is great but the customer service and delivery was amazing. I needed the address changed (it defaulted to the incorrect address) and Philippe sorted it out easily for me and even returned the extra shipping charge. The foes gras arrived in a pack with ice and the delivery was quick. Would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for good quality food and great customer service.

2 days after the order, the styrofoam box with French delicacies and ice packs was delivered on the west coast! Superduper fast, all in perfect shape. Used the paté foie grad mi cuit for the tournedos rossini christmas meal, delish. Still some lovely cheeses to finish - will definitely order again, great to have such service in Australia.

Unfortunately I have been in hospital since the arrival of the products and haven't had the chance to try - therefore I give 3 stars for the prompt delivery and Packaging which my partner said, was packed well with ice packs and cold inside the Styrofoam box - hence the reason I have not given a review on the duck foie gras! I'm also looking to buying your cured ham, home-made butter , selection of cheeses.....and.....what else........Mm mm........makes my mouth water just thinking about it!!! But, will have to wait till I get out!!! Love your artisan meat collection, but weary on to how spicy they would be as I can not have too much hot spices...Any Melt in the Mouth Recommendations???
