Black Cherry and Thyme Jam 110g

Black Cherry and Thyme Jam from Corsica

Sweet and delicate with a beautiful hint of thyme, this Black Cherry and Thyme Jam is made in Corsica and works beautifully with both cheese and Foie Gras. It is the kind of accompaniment that makes everything on the plate a little more interesting.

Perfect with Foie Gras

A small spoonful alongside your Duck Foie Gras Mi-Cuit on toasted bread is all you need. The sweetness of the cherry and the subtle earthiness of the thyme cut through the richness of the Foie Gras perfectly. Explore our full Foie Gras collection.

Great on a cheese platter

Made to pair with ewe's milk cheese, it is exceptional with Ossau Iraty. It also works beautifully with Cremeux de Bourgogne, Brillat Savarin or Saint Nectaire.
