Some saucisson are not that good in France.

Disappinting - taste and quality wise - not at all what I remember from my upbringing. Bland. Sans gout. Will not be ordering again But, PS,I deem your saucisson sec first class.. Full marks. Roger Moreau

I am sorry our Pates and Rillettes classic pack didn't meet your expectations.
We work with a small producer in France who use only local meat from Eco-friendly farmer. So, quality wise you get the best artisanal ingredients. Taste wise, they might not be as bold as some industrial products (e.g.: Labeyrie, Arnaud, Delpeyrat etc...) with added chemical flavour but they do have flavour and are very popular with all our customers.
Sorry again that it didn't bring back your childhood memory and thanks for the feedback about our saucissons.
