Deliss' saucisson sec are absolutely fantastic. The best down under and definitely on par with the best French ones. The traditional one is my favourite but the other saucissons are also very good. Great job!

The traditional saussisson secs were delicious! Thank you for bringing a piece of home away from home to our cheese platters!
We got ours delivered to WA and the packaging was still cold thanks to the ice packs and polystyrene box. Will have to make a cheese order soon, can’t wait for the future raclettes and tartiflettes!
Ps: my fav French saucissons are the pork ones with hazelnuts and the ones with pepper.. keep me in mind if you are to start expending your flavours!!
