What is Black Pepper Crusted Pork Fillet?
Our black pepper crusted pork fillet is very lean and intensely flavourful. The fillets are generously coated in cracked black pepper, then slowly air dried for a rich and aromatic depth of flavour that sets it apart from any other cured meat on a board.
It will bring a wow factor to any cheese or charcuterie board and will be a winner at your next Raclette dinner!
We also have it in a traditional mild flavour for those who prefer something with a little less heat.
How to Enjoy
- Slice thinly and serve on a charcuterie board with cornichons, Dijon mustard, and crusty bread
- Pair with a bold red wine such as a Shiraz or Cotes du Rhone
- Excellent with aged hard cheeses like Mimolette or Comte
- A great substitute to Viande des Grisons for a Raclette party

Dried to perfection , i just cant get enough of this dried pork , the pepper is a welcome addition to the overall taste , it goes sublimely with a beer or a red wine, definitely addicted to it ! well done Phillipe and the team !

This dried pork fillet was a stunning platter-companion to a soft Reblechon style cheese and Sobrasado and nice crackers. My son very quickly found the Deliss Artisan web page to make his own order. The wine was a Hunter Valley Pinot Noir from 1987. Merry Christmas indeed. Thank you!

The fillet meat was perfect, but there was way too much pepper for my taste. I’m sure others with a spicier palate would love it!
Thank you Alice for your feedback about our air dried pork fillet. It is indeed peppery but you can always brush it off if too much for you. We will probably start a non peppery one in the next few months. We'll keep you posted when it becomes available!
